Sønæs
Together Viborg Municipality and Energy Viborg Vand have created an innovative and exciting area at the lake Søndersø. sØnæs is a far-sighted climate project in which the environment, water treatment, climate protection, recreational opportunities and nature considerations go hand in hand. The water landscape on Sønæs is designed as a city park with a lot of facilities for the public. You can take a 1.1 km round trip on trails with concrete paving and solid stamped gravel. You walk on paths and walkways over water and wetlands. Along the path there are various seating options. The main trail is complemented by smaller gravel paths that lead to play equipment that demands physics such as balance, being able to climb or swing..
