Screening new construction for accessibility

Vallensbæk Municipality has decided that several of their plans for the municipality's buildings must be screened for accessibility. This applies both when the municipality builds new buildings, carries out major renovations or for small adjustments.

God Adgang has examined the plans for a new day care center and a new building for the pre-school at Vallensbæk School. God Adgang has been involved in several phases of the projects with advice and input to the developer's internal project manager.

God Adgang has also been given the opportunity to contribute to the outdoor access conditions in connection with a renovation of the municipality's dental clinic and has registered and reviewed the access conditions to Korsagergård, which is one of the municipality's activity centers for seniors. Korsagergård is in use and the dialogue about accessibility has provided an overview of where to start in line with the future priorities and upcoming budgets.
