Vingsted Hotel og Konferencecenter - Meeting and conference rooms in level -1.
Vingsted Hotel and Conference Center has many different conference and meeting rooms, where all types of events can be held. Below is a description of the access conditions to Engsalen and meeting rooms 7-9 and 10-12, which are located on floor -1, which is one floor below the ground floor by the reception. There is an elevator (internal dimensions 110 x 140 cm) down to the floor and in the hallways there is a ramp and in two places there is a slope in the hallway. The Engsalen and meeting rooms have break areas with coffee/water and refreshments as well as comfortable relaxation furniture. There are standard toilet facilities in the hallway, but no accessible toilets. There is one disabled toilet on the ground floor in the lobby by Vingsalen. When you are at an event on floor -1, you are quite far from the toilet in the lobby. You should therefore allow extra time as you have to go up a ramp and take an elevator to the ground floor and from there through the lobby to the toilet.
