Europahallen is one of the two large halls in Aalborg Congress Center. The two entrances to the hall can be found on the ground floor. The hall is on one level with a stage on one side. The hall is furnished with tables, chairs, grandstands, etc. depending on the nature of the event. If you have booked a wheelchair space or a space for people with walking difficulties for an event, this will be taken into account in the set-up. Seats for guests in wheelchairs / special needs must be booked at the same time as the ticket booking for the individual events. If a microphone is used for the event, it is possible to use a neck brace for the hearingloop in the hall, which is provided in the information. Visually impaired have the opportunity to borrow a theater binocular. In connection with Europahallen, there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor, on the 1st floor and in the basement. There is access via elevator or a spiral staircase. For the majority of events in AKKC, there is free admission for companions when the guest with a disability can present a companion card. However, it is up to the organizer, and therefore there may be some events where it is not possible to have a companion with free of charge.
