Aalborg Kongres og Kultur Center - Aalborghallen
Aalborghallen is the largest of the two large halls in Aalborg Congress Center. Aalborghallen is on one level with a stage at one end. The 8 entrances to the hall go through the cloakroom area in the basement and from there up to the hall. There is only access via stairs. Guests who do not walk up stairs are accompanied by staff through the foyer and directly into the hall without stairs and to their seats. The hall is furnished with tables, chairs, grandstands, etc. depending on the nature of the event. If you have booked a wheelchair space or a space for people with special needs for an event, this will be taken into account in the set-up. Seats for guests in wheelchairs / special needs must be booked at the same time as the ticket booking for the individual events. If a microphone is used for the event, it is possible to use a neck brace for the hearingloop in the hall, which is provided in the information. For the visually impaired, it is possible to borrow theater binoculars. In connection with Aalborghallen, there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor in the foyer. For the majority of events in AKKC, there is free admission for companions when the guest with a disability can present a companion card. However, it is up to the organizer, and therefore there may be some events where it is not possible to have a companion with free of charge.
